We received excellent service; in fact he even taught me about Angie's List. I have used this company for years and will use them again in the future.

Sears gave them a cheaper air condition to install. When I called their attention to the fact it wasnot the one I ordered they called Sears over. When he arrived I had to convince him of their mistake. He said Forced Air would come over tomorrow and take the cheaper one out. They came the next,took it out and put in the one had ordered. They installed both wrong as I found out Months later when I opened 2 hallway closets and found them and the clothes and linens covered with black mold..I took3 months to speak to some a Sears to hear the problem. In the I had to have a company come to measure air quality and spent 12,000 more to clean the mold out of the house and air. MY2 closets had to be torn out new ones built. Sears insurance company would not respond to me or my lawyer. I blame Sears as much as Forced Air as I learned they subcontract to the cheapest bid. Oh my air ducts had to be cleaned and one of the workman had torn a hole in the wall between kithen and garage. That had to be drywalled too before a family of critters took up residence. I discovered the mold iin September 2007. My insurance would not pay as it happended over a long period of time . I have photos ,but I don't know how to down load. Wher can I send them?

Office manager Duane was very friendly and helpful. Henry who installed furnace explained everything I needed to know and more. I could not be happier with their excellent customer service.
