I called Rhonda to make an appointment for consultation of the job and she was prompt in returning my phone call. She also made an appointment as quickly as she could to come to my home. When she arrived, she gave me all the time I needed to make a decision of what color, type of materials and the hardware I would choose. She also wanted to make sure I decided what I would be happy with. She gave me her opinion but made sure that it was my final decision that would make me happy. I had a difficult time choosing the hardware and she suggested something that was different than I would have thought to choose, but she said she was quite confident I would be happy, and if not, she would change it so that I would be satisfied. She gave me an estimated time that the drapes would be ready. They were done a week earlier. Her husband, Dave, did the installation. He spent a lot of time with the installation to make sure everything was done correctly and explained how the new hardware was different than the other one I was thinking of purchasing. This new hardware was a much better quality. My smaller side window did not have enough half moons(not quite sure of the correct terminology) that the hooks would go in. That was not their fault. It was the amount that the company had given for a normal width of drapery; my window was wider. He returned about 1 1/2 weeks later when the new were delivered, and fixed a problem I had with slack in the cord of my larger window. Dave told me how to make sure the pleats would set so that they would lay properly. Rhonda and Dave were excellent to deal with and I would not hesitate to recommend them.
