Called Steve after the huge snowstorm to clear off snow and ice from home roof. Call was returned later that day, which I appreciated, given his other committments on day of storm. Service was performed the following day. Snow was raked off roof, icicles removed. Also removed snow and ice from front walk/door area where it fell. Good service and good value.

It went very well. I had called them for an estimate. They came out when we weren't home and fixed the windows at no charge. We even called and left a message for them to charge us, but we never got billed. We were very surprised.

Steve and one other worker arrived after calling ahead and proceeded to work as had been outlined in the original quote provided approximately one month earlier. The work was finished in about the time estimated. The completed work was inspected by me prior to payment per Steve's request.
