Furniture - Sales
THE DELIVERY PEOPLE WERE WONDERFUL. WHEN THEY CAME A BIT EARLY AND FOUND THAT WE DIDN'T HAVE ALL THE OLD FURNITURE REMOVED FROM THE LIVING ROOM, THEY MOVED TWO CHAIRS INTO ANOTHER ROOM FOR US. (AND THEY DID IT WITH A SMILE.) THE FURNITURE WAS BEAUTIFUL, BUT WE DIDN'T HAVE ENOUGH LIVING ROOM FOR IT! WE CALLED CUSTOMER SERVICE AND ARRANGED TO RETURN TWO PIECES. THE CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE DIDN'T BAT AN EYE, SIMPLY GOT MINIMUM INFORMATION (ORIGINAL RESERVATION NUMBER, MY NAME & WHICH PIECES WE WANTED TO RETURN) AND SET UP A DATE FOR REMOVAL OF THE FURNITURE. THE DELIVERY MEN (THE SAME TWO GENTLEMEN) WERE ON TIME AND AS FRIENDLY AND HELPFUL AS THEY WERE THE FIRST TIME. WE ARE SIMPLY AMAZED ABOUT THE HASSLE-FREE WAY EVERYTHING TOOK PLACE AND, IF WE COULD, WOULD RATE BOSTON STORE A++ IN EVERY CATEGORY.
