Hired to grade and plant grass along with rock border around house. 3 weeks later grass not growing in large areas around lawn, come to find out the actual grading and tilling of ground was not done properly, therefore ground was too hard for anything to grow. While I did call and tell him there was never any follow up.

He Installed a lawn for me this spring on a new home construction lot. He did a very poor job leveling yard. There are spots that never even got tilled, you can see where he stopped tilling in places, there is a noticeable ridge between my yard and a neighbor that had an established yard, and areas grass never grew. My front yard is mainly weed. I only have had to cut it because of the weeds not because grass was ever long enough. I had to pull up all the decorative stone he placed around house and replace the landscape fabric as I had to weed every other week. Unfortunately I used him to install a concrete patio while he was installing lawn. He This was finished so poorly (very uneven, not broom texture in spots). I get so disappointed every time I step on it. He does not have the know how on how to do a job right. Now that most yards in neighborhood are done, we have the worse looking one. Very disappointed and will have to hire someone else to fix it.
