 + -1 moreExcellent experience thus far. Torsion spring broke in the morning, called to explain the issue, and the receptionist was friendly and was able to get me in the same day. The service person arrived on time and explained my options. Quote was NOT given prior to service but I did not request it either. Work was completed within an hour and the garage door working as normal. There was no pressure to sell more expensive springs and/or other services. Assuming we have no issues with the spring, I would definitely give them a call in the future. Total cost: $321 (after tax). Parts: $170 ($85x2), Labor/Service Call: $135 (Approx. 1 Hour), Tax: $16. They did offer a $10 discount if you left a 5* review on Google reviews. This was mentioned after the work was done, not before.
