WEST SIDE LOCK & REPAIR

I had him come out to make a new set of master keys fro my older crew cab truck. The day I called him and wanted him to come out on he said he wanted to come out the next day at around noon. the next day noon came and went with him being a no show, I called at around 2 and by the tone of his voice and his words it seemed like he had completely forgotten about coming out. He finally got to my place at about 4 and then it took him some time to get the trucks steering column apart but while he was taking it apart he broke a piece that is required for the horn to function and even when I told him that I had a parts truck that would have the same piece and asked him if he could take it off to swap them he said he had to finish up quick because he had a lockout that had called him and needed his services. The more insulting thing is that when I got the replacment peice no thanks to him I had the broken one out and the new one in and everything put back together in less then half the time it had taken him to get the column apart. Also awhile back I called him about coming out to look at making a set of master key's for an older lincoln I called three times each time he said he would be coming out. He NEVER showed up. If you have limited money use him but if you can afford someone else do it.

It took Jim more than a week to get here. When I called him again, he came unkempt. He seemed confused as I told him what I needed. Then he disappeared into his truck for an hour and a half. When I went to check on him he had only one lock rekeyed and it was done wrong.
