Verlo Mattress Factory Stores of Green Bay

I bought the bed 12/12/15. The locally made product couldn't be delivered until the 29th. First they were 2 hours late. Tracked snow and dirt through the whole house including the white carpet. Then instead of the softest, softest mattress that I asked for, it's the hardest mattress in the world. I tossed and turned for a few hours for three nights and then complained...asking for my money back. Just don't want to jump through the hoops of sloppy delivery people, mattress getting dirty, or worse. Was told they DO NOT HAVE A MONEY BACK GUARENTEE.....on anything. The reasoning being the mattress could be contaminated. I can buy that but it did have their super-duper mattress cover on it during my 6 hours of tossing and turning. But what is the reasoning for the metal frame? I waited for 2 days for a return phone call from the store manager, then called him and repeated my request. But, he did say he would talk to the owner and get back to me that day....it's now been over 2 days with no response. I sent an e-mail to the owner but he doesn't respond either. My suggestion is....avoid Verlo and shop somewhere where customer satisfaction is important and that offers a money back guarentee.(most reputable mattress stores offer one) He admitted that he purposely avoids any mention of that during the buying process. I'm now contacting an attorney to try to get my money back and the junk out of my house.

It was not a pleasant experience.  Would not do business with them again.

They were excellent when we were trying to select something, and just as excellent when delivery everything. They were considerate and professional. Their services levels are exceptional.
