Initially we seemed to have some difficulty, I never knew when they were going to come. Our initial agreement was that they would show up if there was more than 3 inches of snow. They had charged me for a visit in which they did not show up. After I had spoke with them I was able to resolve the issue.

They do really good work. I use them at both of my properties. They listen well to the directions I give them. They will cut it long or short depending on what you want. I have an in ground pool and they have done a good job not getting grass in it. They clean up very well after themselves.
