I had a tv with a DVD player in it that went out. He got it all fixed for much less than a new one would have cost and gave me some great info on how to keep it running even longer. He also cleaned it all up and it works as good as new.

It was all covered under warranty. He absolutely shocked me. The guy knew what he was doing. I had made 13 phone calls to Sharp to get a problem fixed and when I finally convinced them that there was a problem, none of those people could set that thing up. This guy comes over and 15 minutes later, I am fixed. I would give him a shocking A down the whole list. I was surprised.
