Troy Knaus (owner of TJ's Home Repair) came out to give an estimate in mid August and gave us very good suggestions. He mailed a written estimate several days later. After we agreed to his services he told us he would do the work on 9/11 to 9/13/12. He came on those exact days and did excellent work and totally cleaned up afterwards. I highly recommend TJ's Home Repair and will use them in the future.

Excellent - we needed a rush job for a home sale closing. Troy came within 2 days to give estimate, showed me what had been wrong with the original construction, and then detailed how he would do the rebuild. He sent the estimate promptly (for less $ than the original contractors, who did a lousy job, by the way). He did the job when he said he would, cleaned up very nicely, and promptly sent the bill. He was very good at communicating - prompt call backs, etc. All in all, an outstanding transaction and repair job..
