Hardwood Flooring Service
Poor quality of flooring. Installed hickory flooring in the kitchen. I stated many times over before purchase I did not want holes in knots of wood. They guaranteed that they manufacturer epoxied all holes in flooring. Installed floor and put cardboard over all so we did not notice floor until they left. Holes and flaws in the flooring everywhere. Came out and denied they stated there would be no holes. Wanted to tear out bad boards and glue in replacement. Stated I did not want a damaged floor. Owner came out later and stated he would call manufacturer and get flooring replaced. He would call me later that day. That was 3 weeks ago and no word from company. Would not recommend.
