Mike Tillmann is very unprofessional. He does shoddy work and is arrogant. He did not consult with me or obtain approval before planting shrubs and trees in my garden. Quoted me a price that he went way above. he was supposed to show me the design on paper but showed up one morning and planted plants all over. His team did not complete what they were supposed to do and left the grass and weeds half cut. They were rude and when I complained to him about the poor quality work he said that my garden was very ugly to begin with. His wife then proceeded to make harassing phone calls a week after he sent me an exorbitant bill as I was waiting for him to fix the mess. He never came back. He does not understand the term customer satisfaction. My garden is full of weeds and the mulch he brought was poor quality. I wish I had never let him work on my garden.
