We last had them two weeks ago. We currently used spring green and they are absolutely wonderful. This is the second year I have had them. I can't say not good about them. They just come and do their job. I have a gate which is too small when we have our lawn aerated They always do the aeration without complaint they just do it. They have to actually tip this area and its a big machine and its nothing to them. They are going to aerate my backyard and they are going to tip the machine to do it and they just do it without complaint. They are very very concerned about, like the first time they aerated my land, they were really concerned about "do you have any underwire, any invisible guard something for dogs, anything that the aerator can damage in your backyard", they were really concerned about that. They offer alot of services. They will offer ground protection for my lawn and my former lawn company didn't worry about, they didn't warn me about it, they didn't offer such a product but spring green does and so every year we take care of that service 'ground protection'. They also offer like putting a guard around your house, a chemical guard for insects. Am just so happy with them. I don't think we are ever going to change. I would just say don't go with that company, go with this company. I think they very good at tailoring to your needs, what you specifically need for lawn care,they will provide. They just get things done the way I expect them to be done.

He did an excellent job. He accidently ripped the bushes out on the other side of the duplex, but he came back out and replanted those bushes immediately and at no charge.

I would not recommend Spring Green to anyone. We used their services for several years, hoping our lawn would improve. They would come and spray, and the lawn would look better, but only for a couple days. We finally decided not to renew with them because it just wasn't working, and it certainly wasn't worth the money. So when they sent us a opportunity to renew with them this January (why they need to collect money in January for services that don't begin until May, I'll never understand), we decided not to pay for their service this year. In May they showed up anyway and treated the lawn. I protested, saying that I never authorized them to perform work. They said the service "automatically renews" even though we never signed anything authorizing them to continue services automatically. They said it was their "policy", they "didn't need our written consent", and said we still had to pay. They were not interested in knowing why we were unhappy with their service (nor did they try to make things right), they just wanted their money. After much protesting, they agreed to drop the charge in half, which I paid (still under protest!) but only because they threatened to put it into collections if we didn't pay, and interest compounds at 1.5% per month. It wasn't worth screwing up our credit over it. We cancelled our service with Spring Green and will be trying another service.

"The [member name removed] ordered Spring-Green services August 2006 & generally spent $200-$250 yearly for weed & feed applications. Spring-Green offers a bonus discount for prepaying each year before the season starts. We appreciate the fact the [member name removed] chose to partake in this discount yearly, saving themselves 7% off of their program each time they received the renewal letters. This discounted option is offered on the renewal letters sent to each & every customer in November & January, as [member name removed] stated. It’s not mandatory for Spring-Green to collect prepay, merely an option for the customer to take advantage of lawn care savings. It’s also stated on these letters should a customer decide not to participate in service any longer or make changes to scheduled services to notify Spring-Green in writing or by telephone. Spring-Green has operated with this policy since starting business over 36 years ago, effective the entire 6 years the [member name removed] were customers of Spring-Green. In good faith we went to the [member name removed] property just as we have in the past & applied their spring weed & feed visit. We were then notified by [member name removed] after the treatment was done that they no longer wanted our service. [member name removed] states the reason for not wanting our service this year was due to dissatisfaction of results. In checking our records, we were notified 8/8/11 by email of an issue w/ clover not dying. In response Spring-Green did a free re-spray of all clover present in their yard, which is part of Spring-Green’s customer satisfaction guarantee. If we are notified of any problem our job is to make it right, which we offer after each visit to customers who participate in full programs. We apologize the [member name removed] were unsatisfied with our services. If we would've had any more notification due to poor results we would've been happy to go back & reapply just as we did for them 8/8/11. In resolution, we offered to take care of half the bill, due to the fact of covering product cost. In compromise, we took care of the labor cost. [member name removed] did pay his responsibility under protest. We appreciated the [member name removed] business & would be happy to care for their lawn in the future should they decide to come back to Spring-Green’s services."

They call me to give me a head up when they are coming and I even have it set up so they can come when I'm not here. They do the applications in a timely manner and I am happy with them.
