Service was expedited in a timely, professional manner. The service guy showed up on time and stayed until all work was completed. He even fixed a few other items, not originally on our list. Above and beyond our expectations.

They were able to supply answers that we had difficulty finding. They found us a steam shower that we really liked and it had to be customized. The guys that came in to do that did a great job and they were easy to talk to.

They quoted me $300 and I ended up paying $650. I ended up having leaks and they had to come back several times. I just wasn't happy with the whole operation. I definitely wouldn't go back to them again. The first guy they sent over wasn't even a plumber. I think that's where the problem started. I just wouldn't recommend them at all.
