It seemed to go pretty well in the beginning planning stages. As time went on, they were less and less responsive and it took several calls to get my changes applied because my designer rarely called back. When they started installing, they sent a big crew and they got off to a good start. The employees were friendly. Then it would be weeks and then 1 or 2 employees would show up for an hour here and there. I ordered soft close hinges on all the cabinets and they didn't come with them. I got billed separately for them. I paid the bill for them before I realized they were on the quote. They did not refund the payment. They made a mistake on a bathroom vanity-the sink did not fit on it. They re-made another one and we had the same problem. The third one was the right size. Months after the project was done, I received a bill for the 2 cabinets that they made incorrectly. I called and discussed this with 2 different people. We paid for the original cabinet in our original quote, now they want us to pay for 2 cabinets they built incorrectly. After the conversation I thought they understood that we didn't owe any more money. A few months later, another call-this time they said our contractor measured wrong the second time so it was our fault. They called me and I explained it again. He insisted that we never paid for even one of the cabinets, but it was clearly listed in our quote-which they were paid entirely. The whole thing is getting ridiculous. Now they are threatening legal action against my contractor for $1300 for one of the cabinets they built wrong-I signed the contract not my contractor! This is the WORST customer service I have ever encountered. I would not recommend this company unless you like to deal with headaches. I know 2 other people who used them on new construction in the past year and they both have had problems and feel the same way.

pete and randy did most of the refaceing work  thy were very hard working and maticules craftsmen . i did notice a couple of things when thy were done and thy came back and got it all good, and thy did it right away!!. thy could not finish bottom trim as we  were having hard wood flooring installed but again thy came back today and installed trim and finished a perfect job. Tracy our sales person and eric incharge of the guys were great to work with We are very Happy

Excellent! Arrived on time, worked efficiently. Did extremely high quality work and cleaned up after themselves. Resurfaced cabinets and replaced all doors and drawers. Built custom china cabinet. Replaced kitchen and bar countertops, sink, hardware. Very respectful of owner's property. Highly recommended!

The estimate of time on the project was 3-4 days. After two full weeks the project of refacing our cabinets and installing new countertops was not completed. A section of the countertop had to be redone and came back barely acceptable. They would return when our flooring had been installed. That way they could complete the project as the baseboard could be installed. Our flooring installer couldn't come for two weeks. In the mean time I received a call from their bill collector wondering why I had not paid the balance. The work was not complete and I had initially paid more than the initial 50% down payment. The balance was due upon completion. After the flooring was installed they returned and completed the job and were paid. Approximately one month later one of the drawers had to be replaced and they took care of that.

They did a great job. I was very pleased with the results. The guys were very friendly and answered any questions I had. I would definately recommend them to any one who needs this service. I also enjoyed working with Pam. She was very helpful with picking out the countertop, knobs and pulls.They made the whole experience very rewarding. Thanks everyone at Showcase Kitchens.!!!!

It went fine- looked geat, went as they said it would go.  Very professional.  When they measured one thing wrong- corrected it right away.

My experience with them was wonderful!

The designer was polite and patience, but she left the choices and options to many choices that took up up a great of time. She needed to be more direct and narrow the selections down to be in conjunction with my tastes and needs.
The installers were polite, neat, punctual, and efficient. Jeff, the head installer, kept the job on schedule and was willing to fix any mistakes that were made. The company recommended a professional plumber and electrician. The installers worked in conjunction with the plumber and the electrician.
The main problems were that some of the cabinet trim and doors/drawers did not match. Their "Go to Man" Rocky came out and sloved the problems to my satisfaction. He was a "Miracle Worker". Other than some misunderstanding with the designer and minor installation problems, I was very pleased with the quality of the work done by Showcase Kitchens.

Every thing went well. Any little problems after the install where taken care of right away.

They are excellent; I recommend them to anyone who needs to do an update in their kitchen. The price was very good and I will use them again in the future.

Not real good.  The first set of cabnits they brought were not even close with the stain color.  Did not meet their time frame to complete pushing all the other services(such as flooring,plumbing etc) behind.  Where very rude on the phone when calling with questions.  One of the poorest service experiences I have ever encountered.
