I originally thought I wanted a free chip repair but the shop showed me how the repaired spot would be milky in appearance. Due to the location of the chip, I opted to replace the windshield for my insurance co-pay amount. Windshield was not in stock so was ordered and technician came to my home. Incorrect windshield was originally delivered but technician recognized the error and had the correct windshield ordered. This caused a delay of several days. Once the correct windshield was delivered, the work was done quickly and to my satisfaction. There has been no leakage.

I was not impressed and I had to go clean the glass up myself. They didn?t tell me about any type of warranty either when I went to pay for the service. I only heard it from the guy who was ahead of me. I paid for the service myself.
