He arrived on time. From the time of greeting, to the time equipment was brought in and the drain was unclogged was only about 9 minutes. He then used a different attachment that worked on any possible roots that may be in the pipe, which should help us not have issues for awhile.
Then, I asked if he could take a look at the tub's slow drain, which he did.
Before leaving, he cleaned up the area in the basement with his own cleaning spray and towels, which I appreciated.
The entire visit from start to finish was ~45 minutes. The owner is very experienced, knowledgeable, and personable. The cost for service is extremely reasonable.
