Roy was able to come the same day I called. After inspecting the refrigerator he determined the compressor died and recommended replacing instead of repairing (refrigerator is 15 years old). Appreciate his honesty.

He was very careful and conscientious. Made sure nothing was dirtied or scratched while he worked. Everything was fixed and tested in a timely manner. We are in need of storing a washer over winter. He even gave me great advice on how best to store a washer over winter so that parts don't get damage.
