Drain Cleaning
Note: This was Roto-Rooter - Green Bay - Our basement floor drain was backing up. Called and set up an appointment. My husband asked that they call him when they were about 15 minutes away, which they did. The gentleman that showed up was very polite and professional. My husband explained what was happening and the provider got to work. He said we probably had a partial blockage. He inspected the drain and found the problem. He quickly repaired it and was done in less than an hour. All-in-all a pleasant experience, and less than we were quoted. Highly recommend them. Oh, and there is a 30-day warranty on the work.
