Both homes we have owned in the past 8 years have been fixer-uppper's.
I have not ever been so pleased with any other contracting company as I have been with Rebath.
From the estimation phase through completion of the job, they were always professional and the quality of their work is BEYOND what I could have ever imagined.  
I never imagined they would be able to completely replace my shower and tub in less than 2 days AND do all the plumbing associated with it (AND for the price they originally quoted!!).  They stuck to the quoted price even when an issue with the demolition arose and they had to put in extra efforts to remedy. 
The cost was LESS THAN HALF the quote we got from Home Depot (UNBELIEVABLE!!!) and the quality of the product was better.  
They were also very creative and solved a problem with the design that nobody else was able to solve. We had a very difficult situation because we had bullet proof tile (tons of cement to demolish) and we had a window in the shower that was rotted and had to be completely replaced (that was why they did it in 2 days... it would normally only take them 1 day, but they let us know in advance exactly how long it would take).  The original tub was also very odd sized, and was hard to get at the plumbing, they were able to standardize everything.  We just can't believe the transformation.
It would have taken Home Depot over two weeks, and since this is our only bathroom, that would have been out of the question.  
Both Home Depot and another company (who we didn't get a completed quote from)  told us they would have to rip out our vintage tile floor. Rebath was not only able to do it without touching the floor, but they were also extremely careful not to damage any other areas around where they were working.
 They were neat and cleaned up thoroughly.  Even the tidiest contractors I have worked with in the past have not cleaned up as well as they did.
I wish Rebath did Kitchens, I would work with them again and again!!

Quick and easy! My friend had recommended them and I thought they did a nice job. The young men that came in were professional, cleaned up after themselves, etc. The product looks great. I had hired another contractor to do the rest of the bathroom - I had thought they did whole bathrooms, but they don't. That was a little disappointing, but nothing I wouldn't bring them back again and I have recommended them to others as well.
The sales part of the process was pretty easy and I didn't feel pressured.
My only and quot;complaintand quot; and I use that term lightly was that the top of the surround had black streaks on it and I didn't notice it until the next day. It was a bit tough to get up there to wipe them off, but again, really minor. Overall the experience was good and I would recommend them.

Nice job, nice materials. Shower head was a little to high, was to be lower. A bit costly but job well done.

Showed up on time. When requesting a quote from them, get a few other quotes first. They will offer you a 10% discount if you agree on the same day of the estimate, and only while they are there.

Our new bathroom area looks fantastic, very good work and the two contractors that did it were professional.

For anyone who does not want to read my whole review, the short version is I am very happy with the work that the Re-Bath team did on my tub and would recommend them to a friend.
The estimate process was fairly painless. Paul walked us through all of the options one by one, and made some good suggestions of his own. It would be nice if price was discussed at each step, rather than all tallied up at the end after all the selections have been made. The total came out to more than I was looking to pay, but ultimately, I feel that I got my money's worth.
On the actual day the work was going to be done, Andrew was right on time and got right to work tearing all of our old stuff out. The job was done in one day, as advertised, and everything was well cleaned up afterwards.
We have been using our new tub for a few months now and are totally thrilled with the massive improvement.
One thing that I would like to make people aware of.... Originally, we contacted Re-Bath with the intention of having them remodel our entire bathroom. All of the their brochures made it seem that they did whole bathrooms. As it turns out, that is only some of the Re-Bath franchises and is not the local on here in Green Bay. Fortunately, one of their employees (Andrew) has his own contracting company. So he came in separately to give a quote on the rest of the work we wanted done. Since he works for Re-Bath, we were able to seamlessly schedule everything together, so that it was like Re-Bath did it all. Just had two checks to write at the end of the day.

They don't break out their quote to show the various cost centers and that's the only part I don't like. They have worked with people I know and they have been extremely pleased with their work. I think their pricing is on the high side but I would consider using them again in the future. They laid rugs down and cleaned up after themselves very well, so I had no clean up when they were finished. The gentlemen were very professional and clean cut.

It was just like the ad on TV. It took one day, 7:00 - 4:30. I love it! The tub/shower is beautiful and durable. A lifetime guarantee too. The 2 men (one was the owner of ReBath) were friendly, professional and simply nice guys. Excellent referrals and testimonials. My only regret is that I waited so long.

It went very well. We could not have been happier from the start. Our sales guy, Brad, was honest and to the point, he understood what we wanted and cut right to the chase, no running around, didn't try to talk us into things we did not want, etc. World class guy. He then stayed with us thru it all and the installers did a great and amazingly fast job. If you have a tub/shower remodel you want to do, call these guys. I would recommended asking for Brad S (can't remember his last name). He felt like we could totally trust him from the beginning and he did not ruin that trust through out the whole process!! We gave an A for everything but a B for the price, it was one of the higher estimates, but they had what we wanted and in all honesty, Brad was the only guy that came out that we actually trusted. We were not sorry for spending the little extra to go with these guys.
