Packer City Soft Water

Marty came out and gave me a quote for a water softener and tested my water. He wasn't pushy and didn't try to up sell me on anything. He simply sold me what I needed. I decided to move forward and a few days later Dustin and Brent came to install the system. They were professional and did a great job. Everything looks nice and clean, like it was here all along.

I've had them out a couple of times. He was out here for just about an hour. For the 65 bucks, it was super worth it. I live out in the country. They are good and I was very, very pleased. He could have sold me a new unit but he said that this one was cool but it might clog up. I could have spent a heck of a lot more. They were very reasonable on their price. I stood out here and watched him work, with his permission of course, and he showed me exactly what he was doing and where the problem was. He just took the piece of dirt out but he was definitely an A. They came as soon as they could. The first time they came immediately and the second time it was a couple of days because they were backed up but it wasn’t life or death. They came right on time and they were very, very professional. The woman that answers the phone knows 100 times more than I do about water softeners. She was able to work me through step by step how to determine where my problem might be. She was very professional and very well versed in their product. She was pleasant.  I believe they are a smaller company and they have been in business since 1966 which was good for me. I would absolutely use them again.

I've never found a less expensive plumbing group. They were very friendly and was able complete the job quickly.
