Called 4:45pm Tuesday, salesman came out Wed morning, and install was done by noon Thursday. Fantastic!
Very satisfied with this purchase and installation. I couldn't have done it myself for much less, and it wouldn't have come out nearly as good, and wouldn't have been worth the hassle, either.

Exceeded my expectations with responsiveness, installation of all new hardware, and removal of old door.
Salesman was great, not pushy or trying to sell me anything; was helpful in selecting right color for my installation.

Install person did a great, professional job, and left no mess behind.

Tech showed me the worn gear and replaced it. He pointed out the bowing in the concrete floor that was preventing the door from closing evenly on both sides. He lubricated the door and adjusted it to close somewhat more evenly. The gap is now barely noticeable when the door is closed and both the opener and door make much less noise when the door is opened or closed.

excellant...would certainly use the company again....I was able to get a same day appointment...the workman was on time ..couteous...explained what the problem was, fixed the problem and taught me how to prevent the problem in the furture..plus completed a full maintanence of the garage door, taught me what I need to be doing, and what I need to watch out for....excellant....

There was some miscommunication on when the company would actually come to service my current doors but once the repair tech was at my house he was very courteous and completed the work promptly. I am very satisfied.

I had purchased a garage door opener at Menards and installed it myself. Upon completion of the job, the opener wouldn't work. (turned out to be a loose wire) The door was on it's last legs anyway so I figured that the easiest way out of this mess was to install a new door and have them check the opener. I called Overhead Door Company of Green Bay on Friday and was told that they could install a insulated door with metal on both sides for $995.00. They could do the job on Monday. Any additional work would be added to the bill.
Joe arrived on time ready to start work. He explained what he was going to do and about how long it would take. I enjoyed watching him as he was very methodical during the entire process. Nothing was missed. He answered every question and seemed to enjoy the company. Once the door was installed he turned to the opener. He lowered the opener as we have a high ceiling. He found the loose wire and installed a new wire from one of the and quot;eyesand quot; back to the opener. The total bill was $1088.00.
There are two Overhead Door Companies in Green Bay - this one (920-406-4400) does outstanding work!

Called in the morning and someone performed the work the same day while I was out. Unfortunately I wasn't expecting someone to come the same day so I left a mess in the garage. The person that performed the work moved what needed to be moved and swept the dirt out of the way. The garage door closes first time every time now and operates so much smoother than it did before. That was so painless I really should have called sooner. My one complaint was that the bill took a few weeks to arrive, but it sounds like the person that does the invoicing was out. Won't hesitate to use the company again.

My wife backed into the tracking on our garage door as she was trying to avoid a car in the driveway. The result was a mangled track and garage door stuck open. Overhead Door responded to our call promptly. The service technician was great. He replaced some brackets and straightened the track. It was so mangled, that I did not think that it could be accomplished. The door works great and we have not had issues since.Great job!

They did an excellent job with reasonable prices.
