They were punctual and communicated very well with me, the client. I was comfortable having them work in my home. The crew was personable and professional. The following Fall, Nicolet had to return to re-seal a joint in the exhaust vent pipe. Hence the B rating and if I could give an AB rating, I would. In any regard, I will have Nicolet return for routine inspection and maintenance. Overall, better than average and I will definitely consider them for future work.
