They didn't completed the job and charged me extra. It was $89 but they charged me $189. The next day they send someone and only did a few things.

The service is reliable and notifies us as to when they are coming a day ahead. The cleaning is acceptable but occasionally something is missed. The ladies are courteous and friendly.

The first cleaning was really good, and after that it was fine, but I noticed that the wood blinds were not dusted. It wasn't anything that I was going to complain about as I knew at the time that this would be short lived. I guess it was mediocre. My bathrooms were clean which was fine; it was two bathrooms that I didn't have to clean, vacuuming and wiping down. More of the deep cleaning it sounded like they were doing wasn't getting done. I thought that the price was fairly good. They were very responsive. I guess I would use them again in the future; for $80 every three week, it was an okay job. I guess that I should have pointed out that the blinds were not done, but at that point I knew I would be going back to work at the end of the year.

Three girls came with their own cleaning supplies, tools, and vacuums..They dusted furniture, vacuumed carpets and cleaned the four tiled floors. They dusted the high log beams(this is a log home), all window sills, baseboards, and vacuumed vents, but they did not clean windows. I don't think I asked for that either time so I don't know if they would do that. The windows and screens need cleaning now. I was satisfied with the job done the second time, also. I was able to clean my home in between times before and had some help, but now I can't and I have no help so will need cleaning on a regular basis as I can hardly do anything at all due to medical reasons. I know how I clean and I was good at it as I used to do it for a short time as a living as a live-in before I got a regular job. So, I want someone who is good at what they do and they are thorough. I would know. I am considering calling them again, but I don't know how good they would be now. I would need to call them and find out what they do, cost, try them and see what happens . I am still in their system, at least I was the last time I called about two years ago. A friend has recommended someone else. I haven't made a decision, yet, but will need to do so soon.
