Needed 4 new tires and emailed Matthews for a quote. I had a response the same day and it came in 2nd lowest, but with the included alignment check, free flat repairs it made up the difference. Communication back and forth was prompt and professional. Brought my car in, took approximately an hour or so, and everything went smooth. They notified me of rebates and all in all was a very pain free and professional experience. I would definitely return.

The salesman suggested we wait to get the tires for a couple of days because a rebate was coming up so we could save $50. On the day of the work they promptly finished the job in a very personable manner.

These guys are great in making sure that I'm getting the right tires. I also have my car and truck service work done there. I feel like they have always been fair and honest with me and have never done any unnecessary repairs. They are also really nice and have always treated me and my wife well.
