House Cleaning
I expressed my concern and dissatisfaction. The manager agreed that the work wasn't upto the mark but I wasn't offerred a repeat/ discount. In fact after my repeat complaints, there were no further attempts by them to correct their services and I cancelled their service.

Very frustrating and quality of final results very unsatisfactory. No on site follow-up by management after first complaint. After second complaint, management would do on site inspection with a third cleaning visit in mind but at this point we have lost faith in the ability of the company to do a satisfactory job. We will perform the cleaning ourselves and are out a considerable amount of money.
