Rachael in the store was amazing in helping me picking out the flooring that worked with what i had visualized in my head. She stayed in our budget and listened to all my concerns (children/pets/etc.)
Then she worked with Luke to come out to our house at 5pm to do the estimate. They don't usually book appointments for that past 4pm. He was fantastic in the walkthru with us and explaining everything. in fact, he discovered that the people that owned the house before us had cheaped out and placed a real subfloor in the bathroom. then he worked with out busy schedules to get all flooring done in a matter of two days so everything could be done before we left for vacation.
The install guys were exactly on time, which i loved! My husband was home during the install process and it was great because they would stop and show him what they were doing. I love maccos and will be using them for when we build our new house as well!!

Carpet was great, the salesperson Leigh was easy to work with as well as the person that came out to measure.  My installer was a couple of hours later than planned.  Leigh called orginally which was great, but the time continued to get later and later.  Finally showed but he was prefessional and cleaned up.
I'd recommend Maccos again.  I thought they did a pretty good job, and sometimes running behind can't be helped.

Macco's Commercial Interiors were on time, got the job done.  We had one repair issue, which they came out right away and completed.

My experience was excellent. Their salespeople are very friendly and helpful. The people that installed it were very efficient and did good work. I've had no complaints about the work at all. I think anyone considering them should feel comfortable that they're going to get a good product and that it's going to be installed properly. I think their prices are competitive.

Met with team and they were doing an estimate within a day.  Worked directly with tenant making it much easier on landlord.  Made aware of mold issue and worked to find another team specializing in that work.
Manipulated their schedule as mold removed and have done a great job in keeping contact with us and tenants.
