The job went well overall. They came and went as they said when weather and temperature were right . They explained the conditions previous to starting the job. Any concerns I had were answered. I believe the above narrative pretty much tells it all. Staining of this log home is very important for upkeep and to keep it looking good. Every five years is probably better depending on weather conditions and sun on the house. You are good if water still beads on it and you don't see greyish looking areas on it.
I kept in touch with them by phone and email. I do hope they are available for next time as it is not easy finding someone to do this.
The only comparison I have is to the first person who did the job. This was their first job and they had no experience about estimating the amount of stain and they didn't stick to the job, doing another job while doing mine.
So in comparison M and L Staining LLC did a very good job even if I didn't compare.
