The consultation with the decorator was very helpful and the scheduling was prompt. They were quick to respond regarding a few concerns we had over the installation. Overall, it was a good experience.

I wanted specific measurements, so I went with this company. Laurie came out and was so nice and friendly and helpful. She didn't charge for the first visit. We love the carpets, too. She was such a professional and they have such high quality products. Their prices were comparable or lower than what you would find online, too.
