Paul was a true professional and kept my best interests in mind not just what was best for his business bottom line. He could have told me to do a repair, but was completely honest that he couldn't guarantee it would fix the problem. He recommended getting a new dishwasher and gave me recommendations on different models. Once I got the new model and it wasn't installed as I expected, Paul came back out to to the job immediately. The professionalism and quick work were greatly appreciated. I would use these guys for any appliance service in the future without hesitation.
