I hired them to vent my new stackable washer dryer unit. They did the venting. However, they put the vent alongside a cold water pipe. When I run the dryer, it sweats of course on the cold water pipe and I have water droplets all over my basement. Very poor job.

The prices they quote are not accurate and they will double charge you for services. This is a crooked company and will nickel and dime you. You've been warned.

Both technicians were prompt arrivals at scheduled appointment times.  They came prepared with the equipment and materials required.  Both technicians were very personable, easy to talk with while they were working, did not waste time, were very neat, cleaned up area very well when tasks completed.  Both took the time to explain what they were doing in terms that I could understand.
Both finished on time or ahead of schedule.  
I have used this company more than 10 times in previous years for similar work.  I have always been very satisfied with the technicians performing the work, the work that was done, and the cost of the work.  The cost of their services is fair when evaluated against the work performed and the benefits offered in support of quick response on any future emergency service requests company.
Both technicians are long-term employees of the company, working in various capacities over the years.  Both indicated they enjoy their jobs and praised the company for its support of their work needs and the employer-employee relationships.  These comments are important to me because it indicates to me that the company values its employees and the work they do.

They do a very nice job in cleaning windows, he was referred to as by our neighbor , the job they did was very good they cleaned up on the window from the winter mess and they don't live a trail. He represents himself well.

I recently moved and had forgotten that I had a prepaid air conditioning check-up coming from K Kelly, Inc.  I received a letter at my home telling me that they had not been able to reach me.  When I called them, I mentioned that I was not entirely satisfied with the company that had serviced my units and the scheduler offered to send a technician to check them out.  The technician was very much on time, very pleasant, and extremely knowledgeable.  The other company told me I should install a new furnace before the next heating season, but this gentleman said that my furnace was very well-maintained and probably shouldn't be replaced until it fails.  He said the air conditioning unit is working well, however it is undersized for the size of home that I have.  That being said, he still didn't recommend replacing it unless it fails or if I just feel I want to upgrade.  Also since I moved into the home, one end of the house has been much colder than the other.  After three visits, the other company that had been to the house said everything was fine and they couldn't figure out why there would be a problem (I think their company installed the heating system when the house was built 14 years ago).  The gentleman today said that the design of the way the ductwork runs in the basement could easily be causing the problem because there isn't a direct path the way it is installed.

We called K Kelly for a routine checkup. We were able to schedule an appointment within a few days ... When it was convenient for us. The technician was prompt, courteous and explained everything..Freon 1lb was added and we also prepaid for a winter maintence on furnance.

This house was built in the 1890's. There was never a sub pump put in the basement. They did very well. They did the job in four hours and they were gone. Most people have sub-pumbs in the basement. They were very friendly and very respectful. I think the price was high, but they did a very good job. They did excellent work.

Very good service, initially to service air conditioner which had not been looked at for five years. They suggested to sign up for furnace service once we moved into cooler months. They called to set up appointment which worked perfectly for me as I didn't have to remember to do this. Very professional, polite and tidy.

They charge $70 an hour. I wasn't exactly pleased. The guy did a lot of talking. He talked about a lot of former jobs and went around my house explaining things that he was not there for. He spent a good half hour to 45 minutes just talking and I got billed for it for his time. He spent a good hour on one of the jobs he said he could do and then he said he couldn't do it and I got billed for that also. I wouldn't use them again. They did get the emergency job done. The pricing was fine if they hadn't wasted a bunch of time. I was overcharged so the pricing was pretty bad. The guy went down about 15 feet into my plumbing system and pulled it out and then went back down another 20 feet. It took him about 1 1/2 hours instead of just going in and getting the plug. He addressed my situation but he wasn't able to fix it all. He was gibber-jabbering all the time.

They were able to get us in ASAP to get the job done so we had hot water over the weekend.

We dealt with several people in their office and a couple of service people, all who were excellent when it came to customer service. They saved us over $400 by negotiating with the manufacturer to get us a free replacement fixture (Kudos to Kohler for doing that also), something we would have never thought of. A really top notch organization that has become our sole plumbing supplier. Highly recommend them.

The old water heater was leaking and so the gas company removed the pipes and we had no hot water. Denis from K Kelly came on Tuesday to give me an estimate, said because of the Labor Day holiday that they couldn't get in till the following week, but Wednesday he emailed me and told me they had someone available on Friday, so I jumped at it. I highly recommend them.

The first visit didn't get very far as the water shut offs were not working. Plumber coordinated with the city to plan the next visit. Considered the first visit the free consultation and returned a couple of days later as my schedule permitted. On the second visit the water heater was replaced with minor bumps in the road. The water heater the plumber brought was damaged out of the box but their supplier was able to deliver a new one quickly. Then the plumber evaluated the the leaking faucet. At that point I was given a few options and chose to replace the faucet, which required opening the wall. They coordinated with a contractor before returning and opening the wall to do the replacement.
The plumber arrived promptly all three visits, worked well with city water folks, and referred me to a quality contractor. Also gave me multiple options to work within my preferences and budget, while keeping an eye on future functionality and better long term solutions. I can appreciate the challenges of working in an older home and they did well.

They are very neat and clean workers.

K. Kelly provided me with a list of options and let me decide the best unit based on my future plans with the house. They answered all my questions and even let me know about the Focus on Energy $150 credit. This in combination with the federal tax credit allowed my to purchase a 95% efficiency unit for the price of a 90! They rushed to get me a unit that was not in stock and had it in the next day. The installation was smooth and they cleaned up afterwards. I would highly recommend K. Kelly !

Arrived on time as scheduled. Quick evaluation confirmed obvious block somewhere down the line in sewer between house and street.Used power auger snake to clear blockage. Flushed drain several times to confirm drain open.

Arrived on time, performed work in a timely manner and didn't try to sell me a new furnace. Very professional and plan to use them again for my primary home in the very near future.

Arrived promptly both times. Employee was friendly and explained my options. Work was completed quickly. They were flexible with the minimum service charge even though they had to come out twice for small tasks. I will keep them on my list for future needs.
