To be concise, JDC had excessive costs and such an unprofessional finish, that after at least three attempts at rectification JDC was terminated.

"Mr [removed member name] is a disabled veteran. As such he is heavily medicated. We had a large building contract which he backed out of using his three day right of rescission. I billed him for services already performed, and eventually the bill was paid off. Thank you Mr. [removed member name]very much."
