Found them out in the country, dropped off car, they did not seem busy but when picked up the car was still dirty, no better than a $15 car wash, if that good

Scheduling required a number of calls back and forth; the location was not close to my home but not too difficult to locate. Location is the reason I would not use them again. Basic price was reasonable  although I was asked if I wanted to add on additional services when I  made the appointment.  Someone was there to meet me when the car was delivered and drop off was easy. They were prompt in completing the detailing that was done well.

Awful. I have no choice but to go after Groupon for a refund. I notice that this company does not belong to the BBB, but has had several inquiries on the BBB site in the last 30 days.

I purchased a Groupon coupon for carpet cleaning from Hyperactive Cleaning Technologies in Green Bay, WI for 3 rooms of a rental house. I made the appointment for April 26th at 4:30pm. I received several calls 2 days before from an annoyed person saying I missed the appointment. When I called back I said no, it was for the 26th...ah yes I was right, he entered it wrong. The next day at 2pm I receive another phone call asking me where I am & when I'm going to meet them at the house. Again I tell him the appointment isn't until the following day at 4:30. The day & time arrive & they show up 20 minutes late.
Since I bought a Groupon, they had to make it worth their time by adding on extras like stain remover & deodorizers. Now admittedly, it was a rental property & the carpets were in pretty tough shape. However, after paying double what I paid for the Groupon, I was left with carpets that didn't even looked cleaned. I emailed to complain & was told too bad, you were told we probably couldn't get the stains out...well they why did they charge me extra for stain treatment if you knew it wasn't going to work?
Here's the kicker. My new tenants that moved in worked for an industrial cleaning service (they don't normally do homes, or I would have hired them first). Anyways, they took a look at the carpets & before they moved in, cleaned them up real nice & lightened the traffic areas considerably. 
In conclusion, I wasn't impressed with the service work done, not showing up on time & the total lack of customer service after the job.
