I don't know if they used old grout, but it all cracked. It was a month after install. It didn't take long, and they came and replaced the bathroom grout, and they said to let them know if the other bathroom started to crack. The other one just started to crack. The sales person was awesome. It was the grout. I guess whoever did the tile wasn't the most experienced in it. They could have had somebody else installed it. We had tile installed in our sun-room about twelve years ago, and he did an amazing job. I couldn't tell you his name. He worked in contractor. They were pretty good in responsiveness. I would at least get a bid from them.
