After an outrageous quote at a competitor down the street, we stopped by Hocker's showroom. We did not have an appointment and had come in with a preconceived notion that we were going to have another "bad" experience. Jerry showed us a variety of options -- the showroom had pretty much everything available -- no buying from a catelogue. We selected something in our price range from a variety of options. Hockers coordinated with the carpenters and our H/AC contractors for the installation. They managed to squeeze it into our schedule. The installation was very professional and the installer gave us a nice overview of operation of the unit.
