Auto Towing Service
My son and I were on our way to an appointment and got a flat tire. We called for roadside assistance. Before the truck arrived, my son was able to change the tire himself. I called the company and the man who answered the phone went bezerk saying that he needed a credit card for his time and fuel, the person's time, etc. (which I get...). I asked how much and he said it was going to be $75. I think that's incredibly high price to pay for us reciving absolutely nothing from this company. Nothing. We went to another comany (AutoPro), they fixed the tire, put it on, balanced it and sent us on our way for FREE. And were so nice. Glenn's Towing was less than professional, to say the least. Thank goodness for AutoPro restoring my faith that there are good people in the world!
