From the start we had issues. First it was getting time to get together to discuss the project. After we met in Feb. we agreed that we would target the 1st week of August to have the project completed. We paid for half of the nearly $20k up front before they even started on good faith. (This was our first mistake.) Then everything else happened. To make this as short as possible I ended up putting in the fireplace myself and the project didn’t get done until October. I had to call them consistently to get anything done. There was always an excuse and I feel they took advantage of my initial kindness with their situation. There were issues with rain which did cause some delay, but they didn’t even start the project until the 3rd week of August. This company should be your last choice for residential patio work.
