It went well. If you make an appointment, they're very good about getting you in close to that time. They treat me fairly and are very helpful. They also remember their customers by name.

Over the past 15 years Chris and his crew have worked on my wife and my three vehicles plus our three sons vehicles. And that was through their teenage years! They are always polite, responsive, on time and you pay for what is done, not more. We moved from the area in June of 2013 and I sure miss dealing with them.

They worked with me. The price was very reasonable. The owner is a very nice guy. I have recommended them to people I work with. They have been very satisfied with the work. I wouldn't hesitate to go back. I have gone there for a lot of years. They offered me a vehicle when I didn't have one.

Originally happy until a month went by and one side of the tail pipe was installed so close to the spare tire that it melted it. I did bring it back and the put a protectice shield between the pipe and the tire. When the owner, Chris V. seen this work about a year later he even criticized the work. He said the pipe should have been reinstalled and bent further away from the tire. Three years later the entire exhaust has rusted off the truck and they will only cover the lifetime muffler. Chris wants to redo the exhaust again at a cost of 450.00. I have had several new dodges and never had to touch the exhaust on ant of them, even after owning them six or seven years. I believe they use cheap metal and I should not have to put an entire systm on the truck again. Even a better price half way, Chris should eat more of this cost.

They wrote down the problems I had been experiencing. I left my vehicle that evening. By 9.30 the next morning they had several answers for me, They also had how long it would take to do the work and the price for parts and labor. Each time I've had service done, Chris has been very thorough and detail. He's showed me parts, shown the work done etc. Very satisfied with the work done to both my vehicles over the past few years.

Dropped off the car in the early morning because it is easiest for us. When we picked it up later in the day, the oil and filter were completed, as well as the inspections asked. To our surprise, they did not charge us for the inspections, but included the info on our service report. It was a pleasant surprise to receive customer service like this. And all of the technicians we had contact with were very friendly (and well groomed).
