In your particular situation there was mold contamination in excess of 3 ft up the walls and the safest and most effective option in this case was to remove the drywall. We stand behind our staff and their knowledge and experience in the field to do the job right. We handle our customers personal property as if it were our own, in this particular case, the boxes were stored in a separate room which we were not working in.
