I purchased polywood outdoor furniture from this company. When the items were delivered 2 parts were defective. I contaced Debbie at DIY and she had the parts shipped to me directly from the warehouse. The warehouse used an incorrect address on the label which caused UPS to return them to the warehouse. I was very upset when I called Debbie a 2nd time. She had the warehouse overnight a new set to me and for my troubles is sending me 2 free lounge cushions valued at over $200.00. I cannot express how happy I am with the customer service I received. I will be ordering more furniture from this company in the very near future.

Everything has been delievered without any troubles and on time!One small thing has been not right:number of screws and plastic anchors for the T-molding was less, than should be.
