I was referred to Delsart Electric by my neighbor (a home builder).
I discussed the problem with Steve Delsart ... they responded immediately -- arrived the next day for service. Th electrician was very cordial and performed the work professional. Since the service was related to the main power feed, the electrician immediately contacted hte power company. After opening the box, he determined that the condition was serious .. potential to cause fire.
I was required to wait for the power company to arrive, to shut off power and support the electrician. Rather than drink coffee, the electrician asked if there was other work he could complete while we waited. I was able to complete some additional work on my lower level -- I saved another service fee.
