The technician was prompt and did the work in a timely fashion. Could not fix the password problem in-house but took it to the shop and was able to repair within 48 hrs. They returned to the house to finish installing the wireless when the computer was fixed. Very professional.

There were some rough spots with getting everything to work together, but the technicians stuck with the project and worked everything out. We continue to consult with them when changes or additions are planned.
