Went to the outlet store in April and selection was very painless. Our sales rep (Brian) was very friendly and easy going. We selected what we wanted and then an installer came to quote us on the installation cost. I did have to follow-up with the sales rep & installer to get him over. Installer (Steve) was very friendly, got us the quote, and scheduled a date right away. He put in the order for materials.
Steve arrived promptly on the install day with a helper and the installation was pretty painless. They did everything and were done within 5-6 hours.
The floor looks really nice and a vast improvement to what we had. After 3 months it still looks nice. Minor complaints, near our garage entry you can feel a little air space in b/w the floor and laminate below it. Also where our living room carpet meets the new laminate, it shows some of the old floor. Otherwise the floor looks really nice, makes the cabinets pop, and we've gotten alot of compliments on it. To this point it has been scratch proof as advertised.
Price we felt was competitive and included everything (e.g. materials, labor, etc). We did not seek other quotes. Other than moving some items out of the kitchen, we did not have to go anything. We felt it was priced within reason.
I would consider them again for a job.
