Michele and Kurt arrived at the exact time scheduled. They spent over an hour with me in finding the perfect shutters and measuring. I wanted the shutters painted the same color as the painted woodwork. They needed a paint sample and even stopped by to make sure it was the perfect color before proceeding with the order. Kurt made many phone calls to find me the perfect shutters at a reasonable cost. Alex installed the shutters and he was great, very professional and very detailed in his work. I am so pleased with the shutters. They are absolutely beautiful. Worth ever penny. I will definitely call Michele and Kurt again. They were personable, professional and helpful. A real pleasure to work with.

After I set up the appointment for them to come to our home, they showed up right on time on the correct day. They were very helpful when it came to choosing the blind style and the wood stain color. Kurt does all the measuring and Michele helps you with deciding on styles and colors. They are both extremely easy to work with and very knowledgable and helpful. They will try to do whatever they can to give you what you are looking for. They sell every kind of blind, shutter, or shade, plus they also will make custom curtains/drapes.
The initial consultation lasted about 45 minutes. We ended up ordering the blinds from them. As soon as the blinds were being shipped from the factory, the office manager called to make an appointment for the installation. Again, both of them came out on time, etc. Actually, I think they were running about 10 minutes late and they did call to tell me that, which was nice. Kurt intalled the blinds with no problems. Everything fit correctly and the wood stain they had suggested matched the window trim perfectly. They cleaned up all the boxes and packing material and put it all in their van.
We ended up calling them again in this summer (2012) to help us decide what kind of treatments to put on our master bedroom window to block out the morning sun but still look nice. They spent a lot of time helping us deicde what we liked - we looked at several options from their sample books. Ordered some really nice quality black out Roman shades. We love the shades. .
I would highly recommend calling them. I sound like I work for them or something, but I do NOT. I just really enjoyed working with them. The products are very good and their service is super. I also trust them 110%. High quality all around.
