The valve was an off size as my home is very old. Plumber knew how to deal with it and worked around the problem. It appears to be installed but can't really be tested unless the sewer backs up.

Technician was here on time, was very professional and cleaned up afterwards.  We definitely will hire them again next time we have a plumbing need.

They were professional, skilled, and cleaned up after themselves. We changed the layout of bathroom so they had to relocate toilet and tub from where they had been originally. They worked this out well before hand to fit with the layout of pipes, foundation etc.  I asked a lot of questions as we went along and they answered them respectfully and with the information that I needed. They were prompt with service and always respectful of the property. This is an excellent company to work with.

My old water heater had a gas leak and I decided to just go ahead and replace it since it was the only major item that was still in the house from when I bought it 5 years ago.  The lady who answered the phone there was going to pull someone off a current job and send them to mine (because the utility company had shut off the gas to the appliance) but I said there was no reason to do that....they could come the next day.  So, they did arrive bright and early the following day, but they brought one of the 'normal sized' water heaters that was too wide for the space I had.  The guys left and came back with one of the 'tall' ones...it took them awhile because they had trouble finding one, but I commend them for not coming back without one.
As is usual for anything that I have repaired in my house, there were some oddities that the guys had to work around (relocating the gas pipe, etc) but they completed the job in a lot less time than I expected.
Fortunately for me, Beno's has a flat fee that they charge for water heater installation (they do NOT charge by the hour, etc) so there was no extra charge for the time they spent locating the right water heater and for the extra time it took for them to work around the tight space in which the water heater needed to go.  The guys were great!!  The lady who answered the phone was pleasant and very helpful!!  This was one of the least stressful appliance repair/replacements I have ever had!  Awesome job.

Well done.  Knew exactly what to do.  Made a few helpful suggestions to improve water routing.  Good solid connections and soldering work. Had all necessary parts in his truck. Took all the removed items with him. Very personable and professional.  Would definitely use again.

Original appy. was set for two days after initial phone call ,which would have been a Friday. They called me back on Thursday and said they wouldn't be able to keep the appt. and needed to reschedule for Monday. This did not make me happy because I took off work for Friday ,plus I had a slow drip going on and didn't want to put up with it through the weekend. But I was stuck because I couldn't get another plumber before the weekend and I didn't want to pay weekend rates. So I made the appt. for Monday and they showed up on time . I couldn't get the day off ,so they were here alone. The job was completed . Quality work was done . I would trust them again
