On June 21, 2013 we returned home from a morning of shopping and the work had been completed. He had done a great job There was no damage was to the concrete other than the expected drill holes and the area had been cleaned up. Most importantly - the slabs of concrete were back in place and level.

Perfect. Great service, professional and friendly. Excellent results. Will use them for future repair work on my driveway.

Left message with Badger to request quote for mudjacking and potential concrete repair in our garage. Had a callback within 24 hours to set up estimate scheduling. Wayne came over and was very upfront and personable, he gave us a quote for the mudjacking, and other options for the concrete (they don't repair concrete). He was also honest about not having to do a certain part of the driveway, wasn't worth the cost vs. benefit. Estimate was given the same day.

I mailed in the estimate, gave them a call about a week later to verify if they got it, and Wayne informed me that they did and will be starting projects the following week. They indeed did, the next week we got a call that they would be there the next day to mudjack, which they did. Our driveway is a ton more even and we were very satistifed.
We received 2 quotes and Badger's was lower, although the competitor quoted to do the entire driveway. We weighed cost vs. benefit and decided to just do the 2 slabs up to our garage.

Company mud jacked the affected areas to aggressively and cracked top side of driveway from the corner point. Upon questioning the company stated that that is a risk of doing this and offered no rememdy or compensation.
I expected they would be the experts and not expect me to 'understand' after the concrete has already been cracked. If I had the energy, I would have sued them and had them redo the driveway.
Didn't wish to deal with these guys any further.

The overall job went very well. I will give them A on everything. They knew that it had to do with the real estate closing, and they were responsive getting here within my timeframe. They brought a crew of three people, and worked quickly. They got the work done. I will recommend them to others. They are reasonably priced.

I called the service about doing the job.  They were prompt about coming out and giving the estimate.  About 2 weeks later I called and arranged to have the work done.  They said that they would be there in the next couple of weeks and would call 1 day ahead to let us know that they would be there.  2 weeks passed and I never heard from them.  I left a couple messages on their phone that were not returned.  They finally called and let us know that they were coming.  They showed up on time and were prompt and conscientious about the work that they performed.  My only quibble is that we were not kept informed for a long period of time that they were still planning on doing the work and they were difficult to get in touch with at times.

I have a single width driveway that is only 10 feet wide. They were on time and kept working until the job was finished. They just needed to adjust each slab an inch or 2 to meet the next slab. They left the area very clean.

Came and gave an estimate. Explained the process and suggested less work than I suspected would be done. Came when I was at work, completed the job, did an excellent job of cleaning up. Work was good quality. Left the bill on my door. Good operation.
