WARNING DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY!!!!!!!! Price guarentee was a lie. project manager - sales person lied about price being locked in.. request for lien waver was ignored at time Axis was paid in full by Aqua finance. owner advised warrenty would be null n void if we didnt sign off on job in 24 hours. No Warranty!!! lies by Andrew- managing member-owner and Rick the project manager who bid the job wrong and now attempt to file a lien over 1500 dollars removing additional layers of shingles not put on contract by the PM..so Trust is not built per thier motto.. Lies and deception is what has been represented. 24K for uneven, poor work, leaking gutters and ruts in both front and back yard..broken deck railings and window screens by the crew. Lies, damages, threats and greed do not get you new and repeat business. Update: metal roof not cut correctly so getting our seamless gutters that are still leaking replaced have to be a different size and we haven't found a local company who installs what is needed. Also the snow catchers were installed backwards so I have find someone to fix on both house and garage. Warranty doesn't exist with this company. They didn't even clean up after the work they did with Mexican day laborers hired! All the good reviews you see are friends and family trying to support. Since putting my original review I have been contacted by 4 couples who have paid for projects that have been threatened if they speak out!! Google reviews are here for a reason, to help folks find GOOD SOLID CONTRACTORS.. If you don't like the reviews Axis, change what you're doing poorly and become a real company people talk about!

DO NOT HIRE AXIS REMODELING! Trust is not where it begins per their Motto. I have been bullied, lied too and now blackmailed by the owner. The job completed at dark and he expected my fiance and I to go around in the dark with a flashlight to sign off on the job. This was the start of many issues. The Bid was done in the dark and the sales rep didnt bid the job correctly and now Axis is filing a lien against my house for an additional 1500 dollars for the extra layers of asphalt missed by the quote. WE chose Axis based on the guarantee price and lifetime warranty. After bringing up damage to my deck , window screens and a leaky gutter it has been thrown in my face the amount they paid the crew, they fixed the screens as a "courtesy" . Excuse me but if your crew damages something it should be fixed and not make the customer feel like the damage is somehow on them , the customer. After being treated poorly, my fiance posted a poor review on google and since then I have received txt messages telling me to remove the post or they would charge me for what was missed on the original bid and contract. Today I came home to a certified letter and intent for a lien against my home. I am no longer sitting quiet and being treated with such little respect. I will warn anyone looking for a legit company to find another company. This being a veteran based company my fiance is very disappointed that we have been treated this way considering he is a Veteran of foreign wars with 3 tours under his belt. I have in writing what I need from the owner showing what he is doing out of spite, and I have pictures of the damage and mess left on the property. All is can do is help others choose other quality remodeling companies in the greater green bay area and not have such a poor experience.

Not good we had a sales rep here that took the 500 cash to do the job and now doesn't answer phone

Just had our roof replaced by these guys. It was a terrible experience. There was zero communication at all through the entire process. They cried about having to live up to their price guarantee after the guy messed up the bid. The workers had no problem breaking screens and the posts on my porch. We are going to be cleaning up the insane mess they left for months. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone. They are no longer allowed on the property. Now they want to raise the bill or take us to court for slander if I don't remove this review.

Very attentive until after contract signed. I've had to call and leave multiple messages to get them to come start the work. Started install on a Saturday, came back on Sunday. Was told they would return on Tuesday. Didn't show up. No call. I called them again, was told someone would be out the next day. Again, no call, no show. Stopped by on Thursday 11/5/19 said 1 window needs reinstall will be back in am. Stored equipment in backyard. No call. Stopped in am to get equipment and left. It is now almost a month after the estimated finish date. I just want the job finished!

They did a good job, nice easy to work with, worked with Alex.

They did awesome. They were very easy to work with and everyone was nice.

Alex, the sales person, was very thorough. He got down to it and covered all of financing. Really good experience.
