Auto Select - Green Bay West

It was a nightmare. At first I thought everything was good. They had been extremely polite. Seemed to want to work with us and get my jeep fixed. So they outsourced the motor rebuild. That I have no issues with 4K for new motor fine. It’s the only thing I haven’t had much of a problem with. I had to go back over 7 times for oil leak. From the valve cover to the rear main seal. This wasn’t a small leak either. In 3 months time and 7 trips I put over 20 qts of oil in. Now they free of charge fixed my problem with the oil but it took them over 7 times that’s grounds to sue alone. But here’s the kicker. They broke my shifter taking my tranny out to fix rear main seal. That was 150 bucks they put new water pump theromastat and gaskets. All leaking and have been replaced along with the belting they damaged by getting antifreeze in them. Over 150 bucks. When we took jeep home the first time it died within 20 minutes of having it. So we call them up they comp us a starter cool after paying 5k sounds fair. But that starter ended up dying with in the first 6 months and caused damage to the flywheel. 900 bucks for a different machnic to fix. And final thing I care to bring up. When I left a review on google they acted like it was my fult because I had a poorly maintained car. But my actual gripe was that they did bad work on the and the new stuff was failing. But somehow that’s my fult?? They hide behind fake costumer service and then do crap work and blame you for ah omg the problem you came to them to fix. Don’t go to them try Ashwaubenon auto or mikes both honest places in town. I’ll post some of the pictures my wife has the good ones but here’s some of the oil leak the corroded mass from the antifreeze leaking the thermostat and housing plus new hoses.... at the end of the day I paid over 7k for an education. Don’t trust auto select and learn to fix your own car lol. Hope the helps.
