IT WENT VERY WELL, THEY GOT RIGHT TO WORK. TALKED WITH ME ABOUT EACH PHASE OF THE INSTALLATION AND CLEANED UP EVERYTHING AFTERWARDS. EXPLAINED ABOUT CLEANING THE WINDOWS AND FRAMES,AND KEPT ALL THE STICKERS FOR ME IN CASE THEY CAN BE USED FOR A TAX CREDIT. THEY ALSO EXPLAINED THE WARRANTY TO ME. I AM VERY PLEASED WITH THE COMPANY,THEIR EMPLOYEES AND THEIR PRODUCT.
